Refunds Policy

At Vinchi London, we strive to ensure that our products and services exceed your expectations. However, if you wish to return an item, we are more than happy to offer a refund.

Our Returns Policy:

All returns will be accepted for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must not be used. When trying on shoes, please remain indoors on soft surfaces. Items should be returned in their original packaging with labels and tags attached. For items received with defects, please contact us promptly at info@vinchilondon.com, providing your Order Number, Name, and details explaining the reason for return (feel free to attach photos via email if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for the following items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale items
  • Downloadable Products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items clearly marked as 'Non Refundable' in the product description page

Ensure the conditions of our Returns Policy are met before returning items. Failure to do so may result in the decline of your refund. Follow these three easy steps:

  1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags attached.
  2. Enclose a copy of the packing list delivered with the item. Include your reason for returning the item on the packing list to expedite the refund process.
  3. Return the package using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage. Do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Keep your certificate of postage safe as proof of return.

Lost your Packing List?

If you can't find your Packing List, don't worry. Print your order details from your account at info@vinchilondon.com or print the order confirmation received when placing the order. Ensure the print-out includes the Order number, Name, Address, and Reason for Return.

Can I Exchange Items?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Unfortunately, other exchanges are not processed at this moment. You can purchase a second item of preference and confidently return the previous item for a refund, observing our Returns Policy.

Delivery / Shipping Charges?

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For defective or damaged items, the original shipping charge will be fully refunded.
